Kosher Food on Maui

Posted by www.JewishMaui.com

Comment: Since Hawaii is a part of the U.S., you will find the same Kosher signs here as you would in your own supermarket at home. You can buy Kosher products from the following stores on Maui: COSTCO (Kahului): Sabrah Chumus, Lox, Rye Bread (You will get the best value for your $ at Costco) SAFEWAY (Kahului, Kihei and Lahaina): Small Kosher Section STAR MARKETS (Kahului, Kihei and Lahaina): Frozen Empire Kosher Chicken and More Kosher Frozen Products WALMART (Kahului): Frozen Lenders Bagels (the best price) MANA FOODS (Health Food Store in Paia): A HUGE variety of Kosher Pareve Products, Great Prices and Worth the Trip We recommend to bring your own Meat and Dairy Products (Cholov Yisroel) with you in a cooler. It will stay cool or frozen under the plane.

Do you know the answer?

London neighbourhoods Our family of four is traveling to London in July. We would like to look for an air bnb in a secular neighbourhood within an hour's walk to an Orthodox synagogue. Can you suggest some neighbourhoods for us to try?

how to ship belongings What does Customs allow or what items do they tax heavily. I have electronics, laptop, tablet, printers, I need as a writer, and also want some household items for an apt. with me. Want to give out blankets, soup, and bread to poor and shut-in Holocaust survivors too. Have Israeli friends, but don't want to bother them before I visit them. No idea who to contact for apt. search and for Customs requirements.
