My family will be visiting Rome during Passover and would like to attend a seder Sunday, April 20. Does the Rome Jewish community center host a public seder? If not do you know one we can attend? Thank you.

Here you have some short information about our Sedarim. Our Center organises two Sedarim, for the first and the second night of Pesach.
The Seder begins about 8,30 pm and ends about midnight. It is a
Seder, sung according to Roman minhag (so you will find that the melodies are quite different from the ashkenazi ones). Generally we have many English speaking foreigners, and we try to organise English speaking tables. Dress may be elegant or informal, as you please. Smoking and telephoning is not allowed.
The costs are: 60 euro for adults, and 45 euro for children (till bar/bat mitzvah age). You are kindly requested to pay in advance by sending a check at least one week before Pesach 15 th April
We do not accept credit cards.
Il Pitigliani is located in Trastevere, the heart of ancient Rome, just in front of the main Synagogue (Tempio Maggiore), across the river Tevere
(via Arco de Tolomei 1, over Piazza in Piscinula).
On 19 th April, Saturday, in all synagogues Arvith begins at 19.40 pm.
Unfortunately, Il Pitigliani can not provide any accommodation or Hotel reservation.
I think it's all. Please feel free to write me if you need further information. Please respond to the following e-mail address in order to confirm your reservation.
London neighbourhoods Our family of four is traveling to London in July. We would like to look for an air bnb in a secular neighbourhood within an hour's walk to an Orthodox synagogue. Can you suggest some neighbourhoods for us to try?
how to ship belongings What does Customs allow or what items do they tax heavily. I have electronics, laptop, tablet, printers, I need as a writer, and also want some household items for an apt. with me. Want to give out blankets, soup, and bread to poor and shut-in Holocaust survivors too. Have Israeli friends, but don't want to bother them before I visit them. No idea who to contact for apt. search and for Customs requirements.
We offer tour-guiding, interpreting, and genealogy research help in Lodz and in other Polish cities. Services are usually provided by local Polish Jewish students. We speak English, Spanish, French, and some other languages. E-mail Piotr for a quote.
After a few years of cooking experiance for private entities and private events, Sarin Benhaim began her Glatt Kosher Miami Restaurant. With a little help from herfriends and family, she built Sarina's Kitchen, a showcase for Glatt Kosher experiance. The restaurant is simple, casual and relaxed. You can wear jeans or a suit, you can drink beer or champagne. Truly, it is all about the food. Every customer has the full attention and the feeling of eating home, the feel of the Jewish Mom's Kitechen and love.
Visiting Sarina's Kitchen Kosher Restaurant is like coming over to Benhaim’s house for friday night dinner. Welcoming you at the door, cooking your food, serving your drinks. Chef Sarin visits as many tables as she can each evening, mostly to talk and express her knowledge about the food. This is his dream come true, her passion and her life.
